Teach UR Mum 2 TXT
"let ur parents know where u r @ all times"
"Having seen how awful it was for my parents when my sister Milly went missing, I now know how important it is to let your parents know where you are at all times. Sending a text message is quick and easy, and it stops Mum and Dad worrying! It's much less embarrassing to get a text than a phone call." - Gemma Dowler.

"When our daughter Milly first went missing, our lives were turned upside down.
Her sister Gemma was sixteen at the time, and whilst the situation was extremely
difficult, we felt it important she was still able to go out and about. Our mobiles were absolutely vital, and we quickly learned to text as an efficient and unobtrusive way of keeping in touch. We knew where Gemma was without embarrassing her by constantly calling. It gave us both a great sense of security, and still does." - Sally and Bob Dowler.
